How It Works

1. Select Your Appointment Type
   Choose the type of appointment you’d like to book below.

2. Schedule Your Time
   Pick a time from the available slots that works best for you.

3. Add Notes or Requests
   Let us know if you have any special requests or accommodations. For Bag Repair Consultations, please include details of your repair in the Notes section. We may follow up to request photos before your visit. Repairs start at $50, which covers labor, parts, and materials.

Once you’ve submitted your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by reminders as your appointment approaches.

Rescheduling or Cancellations
If you need to make changes, please contact us at info@dsptch.com.

Your confirmation email will include directions to the correct store entrance. Upon arrival, an associate will greet you and confirm your appointment.
