HOW IT WORKS

Book your session by choosing a time from the available hours.

Please communicate any special requests or accommodations you’ll be needing.

For Bag Repair Consultations, enter repair requests in the Notes section. We'll review your request prior to your visit. We may request photos. Repairs start at $50 and includes labor, parts and materials. Please email us at info@dsptch.com if you have more questions.

Once you've submitted your request, you'll receive a confirmation email. We'll send reminder emails as your appointment time approaches.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT US IN STORE

An associate will greet you and confirm your appointment.

An associate will accompany you throughout your visit for your safety and convenience.
