Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. We will contact you if there is a delay in shipping.
All shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information.
Once an order ships from dsptch.com, tracking becomes the customer’s responsibility. We are no longer responsible for the status of the package. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is the carrier’s liability for delivery and tracking. For updates or claims related to shipping delays, please contact the carrier directly.
International Orders:
The customer is responsible for all applicable fees, duties, and taxes based on the laws and regulations of the destination country upon delivery. If these charges are not paid and the shipment is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any related fees.
If a package is refused upon delivery or the customer fails to respond to the carrier’s attempts to contact for fees, the customer remains responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable fees and taxes to return the package to DSPTCH.
Washington State Orders:
Sales or use tax may apply to certain purchases delivered or sourced to Washington. Washington residents are required to file a use tax return if sales tax was not paid at the time of purchase. This requirement is mandated by Revised Code of Washington 82.13.020(2)(a)(i).
Returns & Replacements
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item, unless it is marked as final sale.
Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition for a refund or exchange. Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted. Please contact us at info@dsptch.com for return authorization.
Partial returns of product accessories will be adjusted based on the items returned. If the main product is returned, add-ons will be charged at full price and deducted from the refund. If add-ons are returned, the refund will reflect the reduced price.
Please send your item(s) back using the prepaid shipping label we will provide. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We do not generate international shipping labels.
All returns are subject to evaluation by DSPTCH. A restocking fee may be charged based on the condition of the items. Final sale items are non-returnable and do not qualify for exchanges or refunds.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned items, excluding shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. You must file a claim with the carrier.
Pricing
Price adjustment requests will be considered if the full-priced item was purchased within 14 days and if the item is still available, identical in color and size.
Terms for price adjustments include:
- Only one price adjustment per item.
- Items purchased at a sale price are ineligible.
- Promotion codes cannot be applied retroactively.
- Price adjustments will be credited to the original payment method.
