Press Release - Daypack - Anniversary Edition

This month, we will begin celebrating our 10 year anniversary with a series of limited edition releases. This is our way of saying "thank you" for the years of support which has afforded us the ability to continue doing what we do.

The first release is a Daypack made with a Dyneema Composite exterior. If you're new to Dyneema, think of it like the titanium of bag fabrics: Lightweight, weatherproof, and abrasion resistant.

Although the price of this fabric is significantly more than our Ballistic Nylon, we are excited to announce that this particular Anniversary Edition will be sold for the same retail price of $198*.

We have very limited quantities available on Saturday, November 23 at our San Francisco, Tokyo, and New York retail locations.
These will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The online release will also take place on Saturday, November 23 at 2pm PST. We will email a link out to our email subscribers at this time who will have first access to it.

*The retail price in our Tokyo store will reflect the retail price of our Ballistic Nylon Daypack for that market.

This bag features 5.0oz Dyneema Composite fabric, a tan exterior, and special edition reflective RND labeling. The zippers are YKK Racquet Coil zippers, designed specifically for luggage applications. Although the zipper itself does not have water-resistant tape, we believe that they are sufficient to withstand most rainy conditions and will exceed expectations with its durability.

The White Dyneema will show dirt over time but can be cleaned with a damp cloth or Acetone for stubborn stains.

This particular Anniversary Edition will not be restocked once sold out.

We will eventually add more production of this bag made with our Matte Uretek Finish water resistant YKK zippers in early 2020. However, the retail price will be adjusted according to the increased cost of this fabric.
